Q: How do you verify suppliers in Vietnam?

We visit factories in person, check real production capacity, and assess how they operate under pressure. In Vietnam, people often say "yes" when they mean "maybe," so we focus on facts, not polite answers.

Q: What industries do you specialize in?

We focus on furniture, coffee, rubber, toys and general manufacturing. We don't handle seafood. If you're in a category we’re unfamiliar with, we only take it on if we’re confident we can deliver value.

Q: Can you guarantee quality or timelines?

No, and anyone who does is likely overselling. What we promise is transparency. If a delay or quality issue comes up, you’ll hear it from us first, along with photos, updates, and pressure on the factory to fix it.

Q: Do you charge upfront or by commission?

It depends on your project. We offer flexible models based on flat fees, commissions, or both. Pricing is decided once we understand your goals and product type.

Q: I’ve been ghosted by factories before. What’s different about you?

We don’t disappear when problems show up. Because we live here and work for you, not the factory, we’re accountable to results. We tell you what’s happening, even if it’s not what you hoped to hear.

Q: How long does it take to get a supplier shortlist?

Usually 7 to 10 business days. Furniture takes longer because it involves drawings and quotes. We don't just give you names. We contact them, test communication, and evaluate them before we recommend.

Q: Will I work directly with Studio Eleven or a local agent?

You’ll deal directly with us. We sometimes send inspectors or assistants, but you stay in touch with our core team. This avoids miscommunication and keeps quality control tight.

Q: Can you handle export documents or shipping?

No. That’s typically handled by your staff or the supplier. Our role is focused on finding the right factory and managing production. That’s where we bring the most value.

Q: Do you use AI in your work?

Yes. We use AI to help with research, background checks, and early filtering. But real decisions are made by us. AI helps us move faster and spot risks, but we rely on human judgment.

Q: I’m a small brand. Will you work with me?

Yes, if your idea is serious and long-term. We enjoy working with new founders who understand the value of getting things right from the start. You don’t need to be big, just committed.
